Concept I present a particular point of view on the truth by means of rhythm, texture, tone-values, colour and atmosphere, that can be directly perceived through the eye. I want my work to have a broad scope of meaning and weave a sophisticated congnitive and emotion dimention. Emotion involved are emotion of oppression, stuggle, impression and other basic human emotions. Stylistic Features I use colour, texture, tone-values, rhythm, form and atmosphere as the main points of interest of my work, in order to weave a cognitive and emotive dimention with a broad scope of meaning. In the first stage of my working process, I emphasize painting what I see with much attention given to detail. After that I let go and let the work grow through a dialogue between the work and myself. |
