Biography  :  He was born in 1949 and started painting on his own since he was 12 years old. During his scholarship, he met a great French painting artist “LOUIS AMALVY” teaching design at his secondary school in Valence, and who provides him not only the basis of design but also the energy and desire to continue doing painting all along his professional life, up to now.

Having his origin from South of France and living at present in Provence with his wife Joscelyne who always encouraged him on his path, he offers a great variety of colors dominated by the yellow, the blue and the red.

Faithful to his themes of predilection, landscapes, flowers, and trees, Jean Claude offers us his warmth, enthusiasm, in a happy and generous painting.

He has participated to a first group exhibition in 1994 named “Salon des Independants” organised by the Alliance Francaise, in Abu Dhabi, and will participate to a new exhibition held at La Lanta Fine Art Gallery in Bangkok from 4th to 18th October 2007 with two other French Artists.
